What's included in a website build?
It depends on the package. Starter, Standard, and Plus each list exactly what's included, including pages and extras, on the pricing page. Every package covers the business essentials: services, hours, directions, and contact information.
How many revisions do I get?
Starter includes 1 revision round, Standard includes 2, and Plus includes 3. You'll review a private preview of the site and request changes before anything goes live.
How long does a build take?
It depends on the package and how quickly revisions come back, so we don't post a fixed number. You'll get a timeline as part of your quote.
Who owns and manages the domain and hosting?
We do. Franklin Jule Design owns and manages the domain and hosting for every client site, billed monthly, so there's nothing separate on your end to renew or configure.
Do I need to sign anything before the build starts?
Yes, a contract and 50% deposit are required before work begins. You'll review the full terms at that point.
What happens after launch?
A monthly care plan covers hosting, domain management, and a set number of edits each month, 2, 3, or 4 depending on your package. Additional edits are $75 each. See the care plan details.
